## Key Anticipated Features of ai**USD**

While ai**USD** is slated for launch in Phase 2 of Interstable's roadmap, we are designing it with a clear set of user-centric features:

1. **Automated Yield Generation:**
   * ai**USD** tokens are inherently yield-bearing. The yield generated from the underlying AI-managed portfolio will automatically accrue to ai**USD**, increasing its value or the amount of underlying stablecoins it can be redeemed for over time (non-rebasing, value-accrual model).
2. **Easy Minting & Redemption:**
   * Users will be able to mint ai**USD** by depositing approved assets through the Interstable dApp.
   * Redeeming ai**USD** back into underlying stablecoins will be a straightforward process, subject to the transparently communicated liquidity profile of the backing assets (i.e., portions in locked strategies may have defined withdrawal timelines).
3. **Built-in Diversification:**
   * Holding ai**USD** automatically gives users exposure to a diversified portfolio of stablecoin yield strategies across multiple protocols and potentially multiple chains, reducing single-point-of-failure risks.
4. **AI-Optimized Returns:**
   * The core benefit is access to yields optimized by AIxFI's continuous analysis and dynamic rebalancing, aiming to deliver superior risk-adjusted returns.
5. **Full Transparency:**
   * ai**USD** holders will have access to a comprehensive Transparency Dashboard showing the real-time (or near real-time) composition of the backing assets, allocations to different protocols, the liquid vs. locked asset ratio, performance metrics, and links to audits.
6. **Composability in DeFi:**
   * ai**USD** will be designed as a standard ERC-20 token, allowing it to be easily integrated into other DeFi protocols as collateral, for liquidity provision, or other financial applications.
7. **Secure & Audited:**
   * All smart contracts related to ai**USD** will undergo rigorous security audits by reputable third-party firms prior to launch.
