# Powered by AIxFI

The core innovation of ai**USD** lies in its direct and continuous integration with AIxFI**, Interstable's AI Yield Engine.** AIxFI is not just an advisory tool for ai**USD**; it is its active, intelligent management system.

Here's how AIxFI will power ai**USD**:

1. **Dynamic Portfolio Construction:**
   * Upon launch, AIxFI will determine the initial optimal allocation of assets backing ai**USD**. This allocation will be based on AIxFI's comprehensive analysis of available stablecoin yield opportunities, considering APY, risk scores, liquidity, lock-up terms, protocol reputation, and overall market conditions.
2. **Continuous Monitoring & Rebalancing:**
